Pre-Purchase Home Inspection
Our most common service is inspecting the property you are planning to buy before you remove conditions.
Pre-Listing Home Inspection
This is great service for sellers who want to make the sale of their property easier. We will find issues before your buyers inspector does and help you resolve them. Don't give a buyer more negotiation power from unexpected problems.
New Home Inspection PDI:(Pre-Delivery Inspection)
You'd be surprised how often builders miss things on brand new homes. Be sure your getting what you expect from a new home.
If you are buying a home with a wood stove, or fireplace, your insurance company will require a WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer) inspection.
We often recommend this service for older homes with mature trees. The trees roots can find there way into the septic lines under your lawn. The lines could also just be deteriorated or blocked. Avoid very costly bills by sending a camera down the septic lines for a thorough inspection.
Ozone treatment is a great way to eliminate nasty odours in your new purchase or a property you already own.
Thermal Imaging is a free service included with all our home inspections. We are able to see the difference in temperature in the walls, floors, ceiling, and any area. This is a great tool that helps us detect problems that otherwise may go unnoticed.
Some think its unnecessary to do an inspection on apartment condos. That couldn't be further from the truth. There are still many things that are the condo owners responsibility you will want to be aware of. Plus large problems the condo board is responsible for may lead to higher condo fees. So play it safe and get a Condo inspection.
Why should you get a professional home inspection?
Home Inspectors help alleviate some of the stress associated with buying a home.
We look for unsafe and hazardous conditions to protect you and your family.
Our trained and certified home inspectors will uncover hidden problems and can save you thousands of dollars down the road. One thing our team does that no one else in the industry does yet is actually fix stuff while we do the inspection. We carry some basic tools during the inspection. If it can be fixed in under a minute we will go ahead and just get it done for you. We don’t give you a to do list, we give you a done list.
A home inspection can give you some negotiating power.
Some of the things we look at.

- Major and Minor Renovations
I have seen first hand Erick's abilities in building and renovating homes. He does impressive work and understands and knows the process well. I have also seen first hand his inspections. He is thorough, detailed, and informative. He explains the information clearly to clients and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Erick.

I was most impressed with Erick's work ethic. Not only was he very thorough in covering all the aspects of the properties that are expected by a Property Inspector but he also did a few minor repairs that were needed at the same time. I give him an A+ for being so practical and carrying a few tools. This is the only Property Inspector I've encountered in over 15 years as a Residential and Commercial Realtor that was willing to put in this effort (and the 15 minutes extra) that it took. Hats off to you.
See you soon on the job!
